Thanks to NVC (Nonviolent Communication), we work with children's enthusiasm to find solutions and internal motivation driven by enthusiasm. During classes, we also use the SNO method of Minimediation, because conflict can occur in every class. Thanks to this tool, mentors can accompany children and young people in finding what can work and how to achieve it.

Social Technology and Teaching in Empathy – these are Energies used in every class, in every age group. Why? Because children and young people need to be in contact, to look for what works in the group, what is my place in the group, whether it suits me, how I take care of my needs. At the same time, every child and every teenager needs empathy. To name what does not work and what does – to mourn and celebrate. Without unnecessary judgments, epithets, labels or comparisons.

Every month, we organize events in the form of webinars on topics related to how to talk to children, especially in difficult situations, when emotions start to happen in us - parents.
