Anna Górny-Bogulska

My name is Anna Górny-Bogulska and I have been conducting training in empathic communication in the spirit of NVC since 2020. I have a master's degree in pedagogy, a certified trainer of Minimediation using the SNO method, and a trainer of empathic communication in the spirit of NVC. I also write mediation fairy tales for children and lesson plans. In my private life, I am a mother of two daughters, I like hiking and dancing. I like people.

I invite both parents and teachers to the world of constructive communication based on needs. I can listen and accompany in finding solutions that bring tangible benefits, in the form of a world built on choice and acceptance.

My clients – parents and teachers – come to me for proven solutions that they can use from day one.

What I mean here is the 4-step message from Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Mini-mediation using the SNO method, Self-compassion (gentleness towards yourself) and the skills of building a happy brain (Neuroplasticity).

Katarzyna Kulesza-Gutowska

Graduate of the SWPS University in Katowice in the field of clinical psychology. Certified mini-mediator for children, basing her practice on the SNO model and Nonviolent Communication (NVC), EEG-Biofeedback therapist. For over 11 years she has been leading and co-leading therapeutic groups for children, working in a kindergarten and dealing with individual therapy for children and adolescents, while supporting entire families. For over 4 years, passionately involved as a trainer, she has been leading communication workshops for parents and teachers and also participating in conferences for specialists and parents as a speaker.

What does she say about herself?
I have been working with children, with children and for children for half of my life, in various roles and ways of working. I love combining various forms of supportive contact with small people, which is why my dog Baton, who is now enjoying retirement, accompanied me for many years of work. I want to be attentive, both to myself and to the people around me, which is why Minimediations with children, based on the SNO model: I Hear-I Name-I Open to Solutions, are so close to me.

I am a certified trainer of Mindfulness for children and youth using the Eline Snel Method at the Academy for Mindful Teaching, a trainer of Mini Mediation using the SNO method, a speaker at the Power Duets and the Education Congress of the University of Silesia, and the author of articles for the Natuli portal (Children are Important).

I completed the “Mindful School” teacher training course at the Polish Mindfulness Institute and the “Parenting with Mindfulness and Compassion” course at the Mindfulness Association Polska.

I share mindfulness with children and teenagers, teachers and parents during trainings, workshops and meetings, including the International Book Fair in Katowice and the Silesian Science Festival.

SUP boarding and hiking in forests and mountains provide me with an extraordinary space to develop my own Mindfulness practice, and I also invite other adults to do the same.

Anna Żymelka

I am a certified mental trainer and tutor. A trainer of empathic communication (for which the foundation is NVC) and a supervisor cooperating with teachers. For three years I have been conducting developmental tutoring at the Miejsce High School in Katowice. I work with artists, highly sensitive youth and parents, among others. I work individually and conduct workshops on topics including self-confidence, professional burnout, taming stress before public speaking, concentration, motivation, inner peace, planning or communication based on hearing each other. I support people in discovering their personal potential, and in my work I combine elements of mental training and tutoring with effective communication and neurodidactics.

The boundaries of “mine and yours” – and their importance in communication.

Sometimes it is so that it is difficult for us to communicate with children. As teachers, we need a bit of ease in this relationship. So we invite you to look together at the following issues: - strengthening mindfulness of the messages we send to children and those that children send to us. - we will work on "what and how" we want to convey to children. - we will turn into detectives to consider what needs are hidden behind various, sometimes difficult messages that appear in relationships with the youngest. - we will check whether the boundaries we set and taking care of them mean that we are giving up respect in communication.

 

 

 

How to introduce mindfulness into the everyday life of teachers

"Mindfulness as a Path to Well-being and Inner Peace", during which I will share the practice in order to experience Mindfulness, not to hear about it.

During 60 minutes we will:

  • find the anchor of mindfulness,
  • regain the power of inner peace,
  • shower each other with kindness.
