All you need is a computer, laptop or tablet with internet access. We also recommend headphones with a microphone for the best possible sound quality. You don't need to install complicated software - our platform is easy to use and works in a standard browser. Of course, a quiet place where you or your child can focus on the lesson will be useful.

When you sign up, we will help you determine your language level (e.g. A1, A2, B1, etc.) through a short conversation or online test. Children and young people are placed in peer groups - so that everyone feels comfortable. For example, we have groups for children aged 6-8, 9-11, separately for teenagers from grades 7-8, high school students, etc. Adults can also learn in small groups selected by level (e.g. beginner, intermediate) or choose individual lessons focused on their goals. The groups are intimate (usually 4-6 people), which allows everyone to speak often and receive the teacher's attention.

Yes! We know how important it is to choose the right course, which is why the first trial lesson is free and non-binding. You can see how we conduct classes, meet the teacher and see if our method suits you. After the trial lesson, you will decide whether you want to continue learning - without pressure. To sign up, simply fill out a short form (click the "Sign up for a free trial lesson" button at the top of the page) - we will contact you to arrange a convenient date.

The standard classes are held twice a week and last 60 minutes (for younger children - about 30 minutes to maintain their concentration). The length of the entire course is flexible - you can study for a semester (e.g. for 4-5 months) or a year, or even continue your continuous learning through the next levels. Many of our students have been with us for several years, smoothly moving to higher levels. We also offer intensive courses (e.g. 3-4 times a week) and summer courses if you want to accelerate your learning.

We understand that sometimes something will come up. If you know in advance that you can't attend a group lesson, we will give you the opportunity to make up lessons with another group at a similar level or send you materials and a short summary from the teacher. In the case of individual lessons, you can reschedule them (in accordance with the regulations, e.g. by canceling the lesson at least a few hours in advance). We try to be flexible - your comfort in learning is important to us.

The prices of the courses depend on the chosen form (group or individual), the length of the course and the frequency of classes. You can find a detailed price list on our website in the "Price List" tab. We offer monthly, semester or full course payments in advance - whichever is more convenient for you. You can pay conveniently by online transfer. We also often have promotions for siblings or discounts for paying for a longer period in advance.

Yes, after completing a given level of the course you will receive a certificate of completion from us specifying the level achieved (in accordance with the CEFR, e.g. A2/B1). Although we focus more on real skills than on the document itself, we know that the certificate can be useful at school, university or at work - that is why we will be happy to issue it. For those willing, we also organize internal tests to check progress, but they are optional and primarily for your knowledge of how much you have already achieved.
