Become a mentor at Home of Bears

Mentors in a language school? Who are they?

Mentors are people who are open-minded, looking for new educational paths, who are able to actively listen and look at children and young people with acceptance and trust. Mentors show the way, give tools, while creating conditions for their use without doing the task for the children.

Do you want to join our mentoring team? Do you want to create new education, built on looking at the other person from the perspective of needs? If the answers are affirmative – we invite you to join us.

In Home of Bears you will receive signposts that will help you follow the path leading to your goal. These signposts will be a permanent, unchanging element, giving strength and meaning in difficult and pleasant situations. They will be the basis for actions and will set the perspective in perceiving your own place in the process, the path chosen to follow.
